If you work holding application were to be in an accident with a broken master jaw or a broken wedge, damaged seal or seals etc. We carry a large variety of surplus parts in stock so that we my commit to our customers a quick turn around. In the event that we do not carry the part that customer needs reverse-engineering is an other option we offer.

A correctly maintained and lubricated work holding devise will usually age gracefully and only show wear by loss of accuracy and/or gripping force. When customers send in there equipment for examination a visual inspection is performed prior to disassembly after disassembly all major surfaces that are worn and require rebuilding of one form or the other will also be checked for tolerances.

By completely grinding, chrome plating & grinding I.D. chuck bore and/or worn parts. This will restore your application back to tolerances and performance giving you a longer lasting seal area.

If customers application does not meet OEM specifications the forms for rebuilding it are to grind chrome plate & grind worn areas weld the surfaces that are badly worn etc. All worn surfaces are built up and parts are carefully checked for any possible cracks all master jaws are timed and checked for tolerances after all machining and plating is done we are now ready to reassemble and test for accuracy.
